How do I add special requests to a catering order placed online?
You can add your special requests in the “Order Note” field on the payment details screen.

What is the order minimum for delivery?
We require a $100 minimum purchase, excluding taxes and delivery fees.

What is the fee for delivery?
Delivery fee varies by location. Pickup is always free.

How much notice is needed to fulfill an order?
We ask that catering orders are placed a day in advance. If you would like to make a same-day order, please email us at and we will do our best to fulfill your request.

How do I make a change to an existing order?
If you need to change the date, time or order quantity to an order that has already been placed in our system, please email us at and we will gladly make your requested changes.

What are acceptable forms of payment?
All orders are prepaid. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.

What is a pre-authorization?
When you place an order, a pre-authorization is placed on your payment card at 116% of your order amount. This allows us to secure payment on the day your order is fulfilled. Please note that you will see a 'pending' transaction on your statement after placing your order with us. The evening after your order has been fulfilled, we will submit the transaction for actual payment processing and you will see the 'pending' transaction change to a 'posted' transaction on your statement.

Where can I request a copy of my receipt?
Simply log into your account on our website’s ordering page and click on “My Account.” You can print PDF receipt copies of current and past orders at any time.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change and are happy to assist you in making changes to your catering order. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order at

How do I pay for my order if I am picking it up at the restaurant?
Your order is prepaid when you order online or through one of our Catering Specialists and will be ready the designated pick-up time. Please walk up to the pick-up counter and inform one of our team members you have arrived to pick up your order.

Is it possible to add gratuity to my order?
Yes, there is an optional gratuity line on the invoice our delivery driver will present to you. You may also add a gratuity when checking out online or through a direct order with one of our Catering Specialists.

Do you offer house accounts?
Yes, we do! Please contact our Catering Department at to request an application, which will generally take 1-2 business days to process.

Are you able to accommodate special dietary needs and allergies?
Absolutely! We are here to work with you and will be happy to help customize your meal to ensure all of your guests are well accommodated. Please contact us at with any questions you may have.

If my company is tax exempt, how can I have that applied to my order?
Please contact us at with a copy of your tax exempt certificate and we will be happy to adjust your account accordingly.

Do napkins, plates and utensils come with my order?
Yes, all orders include complimentary utensils, napkins and plates. Additionally, we provide descriptor cards for each menu item that identifies each unique dish.
